"Staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Super clean with lots to do.
Food is also great with lots of restaurants and a great buffet option. "
"The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties.
It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family.
I wish they can improve the WI FI as it keeps logging you out, and...
"If you love staying with insects and sleeping in a dirty place go there. I would pay not to stay there let alone paying for staying there. I have been scammed. Also the host is a dangerous person. Watch out not to be stabbed or killed. This is not a hotel this is a torture. Guaranteed to regret . Try it for yourself. I only could stay 30 minutes then i checked out. Of course the so-called host didnt give my money back."
"Ha nem siettem nem jutott gyümölcs. Nem töltötték újra, de panaszra nincs ok mert ha kéretem extra kívánságra azonnal hoztak. Azt gondolom nem lenne szabad oda jutni, hogy kérni kelljen, fel kellene tölteni szó nélkül az étkezés ideje alatt a kifogyott tányérokat. Nem volt elegendő ágy a medence körül. Ezt is kérni kellett volna, de a pihenésem nem erről szólt. Egyébként a hely kellemes szép tiszta. Személyzet kedves. Gyönyörű szoba volt."

"This was a cheap short break so my expectations matched the price paid.
Room was very poor t.v no channels fridge only works when key is in control slot.so pretty useless
Food was not in anyway extensive the chef did try with a fresh omelette one day but other than that no choice other than take it or leave . The only drink on all inclusive was a tepid white wine of low quality. Coffee and fruit juices were from machine so again questionable quality. Bar closes at 9.pm however never seen...

Locally it is rated as a 3-star hotel. It had a home-size pool and full board food served under 1.5 windows in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is well known for the dissatisfaction locally. "Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "
"It was ok in overall. But I didn't like the staff at the food truck and at the bars. They were very slow and not flexible. The aqua park is small, not funny for adults. Even my 9 years old daughter got bored after some time at the aqua park. It should definitely be improved. Pools are nice."
