"Owner just was really great in providing us all the information we would need to have a great time in the area. We took his advice and had some really great experiences. House was very beautiful and comfortable and just had great vibes! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk at all hours of the day or night and feel safe. Easy drive to mall and to downtown. Owner even had it decorated for the current holiday which was fabulous. "Great place to stay and great location. Coffee shop across street within walking distance, as well as a small diner within walking distance. The check-in process was easy with the provided gate and door codes. The apartment itself has a great kitchen with dishes, mixing bowls, etc. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. If you are sensitive to light for sleeping, maybe bring a sleep mask as it is pretty bright with after lights and/or early morning sun. Otherwise, no...

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."
