Remodeled Lake Norman house on quiet, deep water cove

COMPLETELY UPDATED house on a quiet, deep water cove! This completely remodeled home is on spacious lot with plenty of room to relax and play. The private pier in deep water that can accommodate a boat or wave runner. Bring your own boat and launch from one of three nearby public boat ramps or boat rentals are available nearby at Lake Effects and Lake Norman Boat Rental. There is also covered seating on the pier to hang out and relax. The kitchen and living room are an open living space with plenty of seating. The house has a full size washer and dryer. Have fun kayaking on one of three single adult kayaks, a children's kayak or a tandem kayak. You can also spend quite time on the stand up paddle board. There is a clean gas grill for a cook out after a day of relaxing on the lake. You can roast marshmallows or have a fire around the fire pit! The water is a gradual slope to around 11' at the floating end of the dock.

Our family stayed here for over a week. We had all ages from infants to grand parents and there was something to do for everyone! Close to restaurants for couple dates, trampoline park for kids, boat rentals, Quiet cove and dock for swimming and relaxing. Informal and comfortable home for kids and adults. Nicely furnished with everything you need for cooking or grilling. Owner very accommodating, even went out of his way to bring us a float pump! thank you so much!

Nice Few Days on Lake Norman
We stayed in the home for 3 days to break up a drive from South Carlina to Connecticut. Greg was a great host, communicating well and allowing us to check in early when the home was available, which was much appreciated, especially since it was the nicest day of the three we were there, weatherwise. The house is spotless and exactly as portrayed in the photos. The direct lakefront location is beautiful and relaxing. Overall, a great spot to spend a few days on the lake.

Clean updated house on Lake Norman!
Stayed here for a week in February to visit my brother and family in Sherrils Ford. We travelled from Seattle and couldn’t have picked a better place. Greg is a great host and reached out to ensure we had all we needed. The place is newly remodeled/updated, super clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck and the dock is wonderful to wake up and drink coffee with the lake front and center. The house and property is clean clean clean and tidy inside and out. We will definitely return hopefully in the summer when we can take advantage of the lake and use Kayaks.

Great place, great time!
My family enjoyed our stay very much! The house was super clean and full of everything we needed for our stay. We used the kayaks on the very quiet and peaceful lake a couple times, we had a fire and made s’mores, we played corn hole, we watched movies and sat on the deck with the retractable awning. It was really nice and we plan to return next fall.

A Great Place!
We celebrated our 2 grandsons turning 13 here - they love to fish and swim. The home & location were just perfect on beautiful Lake Norman. The home is very clean and decor is beautiful with LVP flooring throughout. Kitchen was stocked very well (better than most rentals we have been in). Quiet neighborhood and private setting with trees surrounding. Owners were helpful without being intrusive and provided many amenities. Thank you.

Perfect lake vacation!
Our week was AMAZING!! The home is super clean and well-kept. It had all the amenities anyone would need - from kitchen supplies to a gorgeous deck and lake "extras." We spent a lot of time at the dock and enjoyed the quiet cove, used the kayaks, stand up paddle board, floating mat and fishing. We also splurged and rented a pontoon boat from Lake Effects Boat Rentals and would do it again - super easy process and loved being out on the water for a couple days! Our family truly had the best time in this rental on Lake Norman, and we hope we can make it back again some day!
