“Good location to stop while traveling. Wanted to see Lake Norman. Good locate to see lake area and fun restaurant at the hotel. Not fancy but great for travelers.”

“Hey, it was OK. Location? Convenient but noisy. Breakfast? Yep. Coffee 24/7 which was nice at front desk area. Maid service? If you needed it. Ice? Not on my floor. Water & snacks? $$$$! Outside fire pit was a real plus and they had a little heated swimming pool!”

“Reception desk was unattended which kept three-parties waiting for over 15-miutes as we called for assistance. When the clerk did arrive, she was short with the guests and really not a pleasant person to be around. Room was noisy because of the heater/SC motor and the shower did not have hot water...the s ink did. Went to breakfast at 7AM and there wasn't much set up so it meant a walk to Waffle House for breakfast. Hall and stairwells were extremely dirty, mud and such all over, and had a foul……

I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”
