“Great space and location to Brown University and surrounding restaurants and activities. Super clean and full of charm. Quiet and safe neighborhood on a one-way street. Would definitely book this unit again!”

“The listing and reviews for this do not accurately describe several issues we experienced. First, you are docked right next to a party boat company with a flag called PVD VIP. At 3 am we were rudely awakened by people screaming on the deck boat with no warning. They do not have a listing on google maps. I hope the owner sees this review and files a complaint so more guests are not woken up by people screaming at 3am. Another issue is the photos do not show how small the entrance sliding door……

“The apartment was charming and conveniently located. We were able to park on the street most days, but made use of the provided parking pass (once) for the area across the street. We were able to walk to the Brown bookstore and restaurants within a few minutes and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning East Coast architecture. “Good location, you can walk to a few nice restaurants and coffee houses, small but cozy and clean property, comfortable bed. Thanks”

“The host was nice. The home was very clean.”

“Very beautiful place, unique and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were great. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us.”

“As advertised. Slight hiccup with code for check-in, but super responsive and helped me right away.”

“Great loft! Very clean and easily walkable to campus. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax. Off street parking was a big bonus. Owner responded quickly any time we reached out. Would definitely recommend!”

“Super clean, spacious, and well-located place for what I needed. Great communication, and I loved having parking so close to the building.”

“Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance……
