THE Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!! We were in a superior double room, ground floor, that was accessed from outside. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a decent size but the toilet was tiny and uncomfortable, which isn't a huge deal. The location is great, as it's walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, pubs that are located downtown, and the Confed Centre. The deluxe continental breakfast on a Tuesday morning was good. Hot food included a frittata and breakfast sausages. There was also muffins, cereal, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

The staff were great. We were able to check in a little early and check out a little late. The indoor pool is warm, so we always enjoy time in the pool. Great location
