They originally said there was no room availability even though I had a booking. After 10 minutes they gave me a room. Nice room. Quiet. Clean. Ok breakfast. Easy parking.

Good but emergency exit blocked and road noise

Nice clean hotel good located. Room very large as well as bathroom. Nice and clean bed and linnen. Breakfast better than expected. Vegetables, rice porridge, chef making eggs. Parking just outside. Unfortunately all rooms available was on street side. The negative was that you must always use elevator. Stairs, which is also emergency exit, were blocked on level 2. You must also use the only card for room to be able to use elevator. So if one want yo leave the one remaining in room will be out of electricity. But overall a ok stay.

Nice place but...

Overall, it was a nice room—somewhat close to the bus terminal and modern. Had a great breakfast buffet. Would have given five stars, but had no wifi for our entire three day/2 night stay. I would suggest contacting the property to make sure this was resolved, as no explanation was given to us during our stay.

Place is recently built! Staff is okay! Located in a quiet street so you won’t be bothered by noise or anything of that sort! There’s a parking lot so taxis and other car can lick you up easily! It takes about 10 minutes to go to the night market and other fun locations. The room is super big and clean! Superb place to stay in chiang rai!

Good hotel at convenient location

Staff spoke minimal english, but was very friendly and nice. Location was good, walking distance to the bus stations, temples, and night markets. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in Chiang Rai.
