Terrific Staff

The staff were terrific. Very helpful with suggestions for places to eat, things to do and seemed interested that my trip was going well. The location was very convenient. I would stay here again.

La Patta is a very nice hotel, clean and in excellent condition. The staff are super friendly and nice. Their breakfast is great. They also offer free of charge drinks and snack, coffee and sandwiches after 1 PM. It is in great location. You can go to the walking street on the weekend in a minute walk. The night market is also close. I highly recommend it.

Clean, lovely and good location! Staff very kind and welcoming! Loved the stocked water and snacks available and complimentary daily! Good location and daily breakfast was very nice with good selection and options. (The only thing to note is the the bathroom entry and shower had small stepdown in most of our rooms, so not sure if ADA rooms are available.)

Great stay, wonderful experience

Staff was wonderful, hotel clean and quiet, perfect location, and so many great benefits we were surprised to learn. For example, free gym use (across the street) that is clean and equipment that were in great condition, free use of hotel bicycles, and self-service laundry avail on-site for 90b/90b for wash/dry, Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so as well.

I just felt comfortable in this hotel. Everything I could reach by foot. It's very close to the clockwise monument. The hotel was very clean and the pool too.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in Chiang Rai. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent and easy to control. The balconies are a good size with comfortable seating and a very handy little drying rack for wet swimwear/clothes. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the night market which has excellent food. Highly recommended!

This hotel had everything for a short stay. Loved the small neat balcony with our room. The breakfast was delicious and made to order option was a good feature of the breakfast. They gave us a packed breakfast on the last day as our flight was early in the morning. Altogether we had a very comfortable stay at an affordable price. The only thing they could improve on is to have a restaurant facility in the evening for those days when feeling too tired to go out. Thank you Le Patta staff for making our stay so pleasant.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and have provided excellent services and handled all our inquiries professionally. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very attentive. Breakfast offered both Asian and Western foods and were well prepared. Waiting staffers uniforms were clean and pressed, very professional. Overall, we had a great stay and truly enjoyed visiting Chiang Rai

Pros: Staff !!! There were so kind and respectful we left like we were VIPs and they treated us like the only guests they had. We have never been treated so well in our vast travels. The take hospitality to a new level. They made a delightful towel swan display with rose petals to welcome us. Delicious breakfast included. The room was lovely, and had nice balcony overlooking well maintained pool and grounds. Perfect location as was walking distance to night markets in town, etc. Overall A .

La prima nota di merito va al personale, sono tutti meravigliosi. La posizione è ottima, vicino al night bazaar, ristoranti ed altro. L'hotel è molto caratteristico, ti senti in Thailandia. Avevamo una Deluxe, spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Frigo bar free, 3 bottiglie di acqua. La colazione a buffet internazionale è thai, ottima. Nella hall, ci sono 2 lavatrici e 2 asciugatrici, con 180 bath potete lavare e asciugare fino a 7kg di abiti. Sempre nella hall ci sono degli snack e un frigo contenente dolce e frutta , sempre free. Lo consiglio vivamente.
