All staff members were wonderful, amazing and so nice. It’s a shame that the property is so abandoned. We loved the property, just needs to be taken care.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the park is poorly maintained. This makes it look rather sad. I didn’t quite trust the swimming pool as the water was green and it looked as though there was algae on the bottom. The other facilities were also closed (often for quite some time). I sincerely hope they’re going to renovate the park, because then it really would be a perfect place to stay.

When booked, breakfast was included in description however, not include included on arrival. The grounds need a lot of upkeep to maintain what was once a beautiful property. The restaurants were mostly closed. The spa was closed. The pool was open, but not clean and the bar was closed. There are no amenities in the surrounding area for food or entertainment. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, however very noisy with Neighbours.

Place is very quiet. My family stay during slow season. If yoh look for a live hotel area its not a place for you. The place is more of a sleep and wake up and go. The hotel is older but if you really want a Thai feel but still in modern than yes. The place do need a work on the garden to make the place look more alive but other than that my family had a great time because we don't really like crowded and noisy place so it fits our family well.

It’s nice but it’s a bit run down. I’d say it’s more a 3 star with nice service. Breakfast could be better but we didn’t prepay so only did it once. It is secluded but close enough to easily get a ride. Staff are great which we find to be true all over Thailand
