But that always makes you feel that is there anything missing? for example, there are separate shower and toilet, but there is no complete door to "separate" the shower area and the toilet area. that's why the floor of the bathroom is easily to get splashed after taking a shower. The desk in the room is fixed to the wall, and the desk is to high while the chair is to low. I can't work in front of the desk comfortably. The Air-con would bring some bugs, mostly are tiny ants and young "cricket" to the room. Anyway, Sann Hotel is greatly located in the city center and 10 minutes walk to the night bazaar. Beautiful architecture and interior design would show the property owner's ambition in the accommodation industry. Though, if youre staying for more than one night, save yourself the trouble and find someplace else. While the hotel lobby and room was fairly clean, it did not feel cozy and the room itself did not have good upkeep. There was alot of evident wear and tear such as scratches on the wall and lots of wear on all the table surfaces. The bed felt very unstable, i could feel my partners every single move and it almost felt like the bed swayed. Washroom was honestly really bad, there was barely any water pressure and we had to let the water run a while until it finally got hot. The shampoo and body wash also doesn't smell great. There was really only one staff member that was kind. Even though we stayed for 5 nights and the hotel did not seem busy we were given a room on a low floor with a window that looks straight onto their brick wall. Pulizia non sufficiente. Colazione povera di qualità e varietà. Molto rumore impossibile dormire decentemente. Letti e cuscini scomodi, tv solo in thailandese, acqua della doccia non sufficientemente calda. Dopo esserci lamentate dell’odore dal condizionatore, mentre eravamo fuori per un’escursione, ci hanno cambiato camera e spostato tutte le nostre cose senza chiedere, compresa la biancheria intima che era Stesa ad asciugare in bagno. Quando entri ed esci dalla struttura, il personale della reception non tira nemmeno su la testa per controllare chi entra e tantomeno per salutare, il personale delle pulizie inizia a fare rumore in corridoio a partire dalle 8\.
