Besides the fact the location is only half a mile from downtown Evanston, 1 mile to Lake Michigan Beach front, half a mile to the CTA/Metra, and a 15 minute train ride into the Windy City, this apartment has it all. Everything in this apartment is brand new, and ready to be broken in. Ridiculous amount of amenities, with smart home devices. Efficient and spacious 985 sqft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of downtown Evanston Restaurants, cafes and shopping is no more than 0.5 miles. And if your in town to see your kiddo graduate from NU, you can ditch the car for a 10 minute walk. Both room are identical in size, but the master has a Queen, and the spare bedroom has a full size bed with sofa pull out. The living room sofa sectional is a 2 bed Euro sytle pull out.
