"The front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Very efficient. The room was well- appointed and of good size. They even gave sheet masks as part of the standard toiletries. We could pair our phones to the speakers in the room and that was a nice touch allowing us to feel quite at home. "

"This was one of the largest Japanese hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The space was really valuable. Staff were friendly and helped us to forward our luggage to the next destination. I think we lucked out by getting a room on the second floor - there is only one elevator so we were able to easily use the stairs to get in and out of our room. "

Overall vibe is very chill kind + it is on hill top! awesome! didnt get to try onsen, did most of my relaxation in hotel bathtub. Heard that the reviews for natural onsen (indoor and outdoor) are superb here!!!! Will try the onsen the next time round. Location wise right next to the lake, did a easy walk around ◡̈ cheers! "
