"Reserve una habitación que no daba al mar (no tuve esa opción), pero la que tuve daba al estacionamiento. Horrible. Sin cortinas, solo con black outs enrrollables. Y por sobre todo tolerando un ruido inaceptable toda la noche por unas bombas que estaban justamente en el estacionamiento. Me parece una pena pagar casi usd 185 la noche por una habitación así. Mas allá de eso recalcó el resto del hotel es divino pero NUNCa volvería a ocupar no recomendar esta habitación (tiene 4 así de un total de...

"A lovely hotel, the decor is very well done in keeping with the area, staff is super helpful, rooms were nicely thought out, and the towel warmer in the bath such a nice feature on our snowy stay"

"First, they charged us for 3 nights. I let them know that we missed a flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Madryn. I sent via Expedia but was charged for night before we arrived. I asked for ½ off but they said no. Room was hot and wouldnt cool. Poor shower as well."
