I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing due to several issues that shouldn’t happen at any hotel.
First, during check-in, we were given a property map with the wrong room circled. When we called the front desk to clarify, we found out that even the room number written on our key envelope was incorrect. It was a frustrating start.
Once we got to the correct room, we noticed there was no complimentary water, which was unexpected given the room rate. Even worse, the bathroom floor had several used contact lenses—clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival.
At checkout, when asked for our room number, the front desk staff looked confused again. I asked for an email receipt and was told it would be sent shortly, but after waiting an hour and receiving nothing, I had to call back. Still, no receipt was emailed to me.
While the property itself might have potential, the lack of attention to detail and poor communication really impacted our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, especially in housekeeping and guest service accuracy.
