"Cabin was great, hot tub was amazing under the stars. There is NO kitchen food items. No coffee no salt pepper spices etc. make sure you pack all things you need. There was a quilt over the couch but underneath the quilt was a whole crushed chocolate chip cookie. The bedspread on the bunk had an obvious wiped earwax or mucus. The instructions for linens is to strip the bed and bead the blanket and bedspread on the bed and only remove the sheets and place them in the pillowcase. I wonder how open they actually wash the bedspread and blankets… I had a hard time after the second night as the property owner convinced me to stay. I informed him I was going to head home early and beat the approaching blizzard. I ended up stuck there while they were unable to fully plow the drive. If you keep to yourself you’ll have a great time. If you want to talk about Jesus and His purpose for you, start up the conversation. There are tracts in the cabin to evangelize you and if you speak with the property owner on the subject it might just wreck you as it did me. I spent my whole third day anxious, sad and feeling trapped.Chances of you getting snowed in are certainly small so I think my situation is unique. If you feel like you need to do you, do it. Brian is almost too conversational. As a single mom traveling alone with a child I was uncomfortable. Though the cabin, surrrounding trails and property were wonderful, I won’t be back. "

Tucked away in a setting that feels worlds apart from the hustle and bustle, this cabin delivers an experience that is far greater than its footprint suggests.From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the perfect layout of the space. While it carries the name "Tiny," the cabin is expertly designed to feel open and airy. Every square inch has been utilized with intention, providing all the modern comforts you could need without any of the clutter. It is the ideal size for someone looking to decompress—intimate enough to feel cozy, yet spacious enough to never feel cramped. It truly felt like a masterclass in minimalist, high-end living.The true star of the show, however, is the view. Waking up each morning to see the lBlack River flowing was nothing short of magical. Whether I was sipping coffee on the deck or watching the sky change colors in the evening, the vistas provided a constant sense of calm. The natural beauty surrounding the cabin is breathtaking and serves as the perfect backdrop for a quiet morning of reflection or an afternoon spent simply breathing in the fresh air.The logistics of the stay were equally seamless, thanks to a super responsive host. "Breakfast had a mix of hot & cold items. We were disappointed that we rented a room there specifically to use the hot tub after a stressful work week & couldn't even use it, as there was a birthday party full of kids in there most of the night. Other than not being able to use the hot tub, the room was clean, bed was comfortable & staff was friendly. Would still stay again"
