"I decided to stay a bit out of town for a ski trip....and it was perfect. Just a 10 min ride down the hill to OKEMO and LUDLOW. It is absolutely beautiful and quiet...the sunsets and sunrises are amazing from the top of that hill. It is secluded and you really get a slice of VT. The unit is very large and spacious. It has everything you need for a short stay...for some, not having a microwave is an issue, but not for me. Toaster over, full stove, fridge, electric water kettle, coffee maker,...

Showers and amenities were great, but they did not have a pan in case you were planning on cooking. Also price was pretty high for 1 night, but presumably cleaning fees would be cheaper when split over more nights."

"We had a wonderful long weekend at Dave's place. The location is spectacular and the apt was just perfect. We had all we needed for an all-in-skiing weekend with the kids. It was clean, well-appointed and the fireplace made it extra cozy. And the trail location was fantastic. We would definitely stay again."

"This property was located well and very neat, and Vacasa (property management) was responsive. However, access was difficult as the lock box was jammed, and the advertised parking was not available which was a problem because the town of Ludlow does not allow overnight street parking and there were no alternatives. "My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. "The place is beautiful and the stay was fantastic. It is up a couple mile hill/road from the center of town, just long enough to make you feel you are out of the hustle. The property presents very well. The rooms are large for private space with 2 common rooms that are just as large for group time. The one suggestion would be to add a check in book of information, including necessary passwords (WIFI) and local attractions/restaurants.
