The hotel was undergoing some renovation and there were traces of plaster dust on the stairs and corners. More significantly, the stair well, which is also the emergency exit from my part of the hotel, was blocked with buckets, wires and tools. Hopefully they dealt with this immediately and all else will be good when the renovation is done. I found my shower difficult to set at a good temperature and it was spraying water sideways (leaky). If using the angled showerhead, (be careful not to turn past a certain point or you might be doused with cold water from the overhead shower.) Also the floor became wet (not sure how) and became incredibly slippy as a result. My head was heading towards the basin but I managed to get my arm up just in time. The outlook from my room at the back was not great but appreciate this can't be altered. On the up side, the staff dealt with my points very cordially, the room was comfortable and I was given a free breakfast to compensate from my slight dissatisfaction.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

While staying at Le Louise Hotel Brussels - MGallery, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a very central area with just a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made exploring Brussels extremely convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit. We were especially appreciative that they were able to provide a crib for our 1-year-old during our stay, which made traveling with a baby much more comfortable for us. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant onsite. The food was amazing and the service was just as impressive — every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, and friendly. The breakfast each morning was also excellent and incredibly convenient before heading out for the day. The hotel’s garden area was also a nice surprise. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and added such a relaxing atmosphere to the property. We only wish we had a room overlooking the garden so we could have woken up to that view every morning. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. 10/10 — we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Brussels. We’re already looking forward to our next trip and will absolutely be staying here again.
