“The cabin was fantastic! It is a gravel road going up to the cabin but my Toyota Camry made it up just fine. It was very clean and stocked with anything you could need, even a can opener and wine bottle opener. We used the grill to cook most of our items. It was simple to use. The back porch areas was relaxing! We loved the hot tub. It was also fun to walk down to the river. Now if you are like me, a Florida girl not used to the elevation you might get a little winded going back up but it was...

So glad to find the games when it rained. We had a blast. No hvac but the hotel type acs did wonderful in the summer heat. Easy drive to Helen. Cleveland had grocery stores and anything we needed. Highly recommend this rental. ”

“This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t...
