“Very clean. They got 100% on Sanitation Certification. The mattress had a bed bug protective encasement. I checked anyway. No bugs anywhere inside or out. They have a coffee maker w/supplies to make two cups of coffee. There was a microwave and refrigerator in our room. The bed was very comfortable. Not too firm but not too soft. Very pleasant owners.
