The Westin Cleveland Downtown
This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles.

We stay at this location several times a year for on-site events happening in the banquet hall. Thus far; every time we stay, the elevators are not working (only 2 of the 5 actually work) and the pool area is closed at least one day if not all the days we stay.
