Family Vacation

This is a great condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The building, grounds and swimming pool are very nice. Short paved walkway to the beach. Close to everything. Great location.

Great Thanksgiving

The renovated unit was a pleasure to stay in. Very convenient location. The heated pool was a little too cool for us, but that just meant we spent more time at beach.

Beautiful place - close to beach and pool.

This condo was wonderful for our grandchildren. They could play outside in the grassy area and be at the pool and beach quickly without having to go up and downstairs. The only thing the condo needs are two new hair dryers. The ones in the condo smell like burnt hair. I had to go buy one. Other than that, the place was fantastic.

Great location

Clean, updated condo, located close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. Very responsible property manager, addressed one smoke detector low battery with maintenance, and while they could not fix the dryer by the time we left, they provided access to another machine in the building. Overall, great experience, highly recommended.

Great relaxing stay!

The unit#19 was clean and newly updated. Our family enjoyed our stay! It was so accessible to the beach and the pool was great! The only complaint we have is, we didn't have a blecony view of the beach, but we knew that when we booked the unit. Over stay was great!!

Cocoa beach surf trip

Excellent! The condo was extremely clean and decorated so cute. We had everything we needed for fun on the beach. The ground floor made it even easier and being the last condo in the section lended more privacy on the patio. The area was quiet, clean and a great location. My adult daughter was coming to surf and there were several beach rental options right by. Definitely recommend!!

had a great time in Cocoa Beach and we loved unit 19 at the towers. The ground floor worked well for our grandkids! Also, Zareh Hadden (property manager treated us exceptionally well. Heated pool and beach access along with tennis court and putting green served us well. Bill Jamieson

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time and didn't want for anything. Check in and out were a breeze, the condo was stocked with everything we needed yet not cluttered with things we didn't. Open and airy and felt bigger than the photos. The pool was perfect. The condo was within walking distance to several restaurants. Covered parking was great. Only thing we didn't see was an outdoor grill. Will definitely return. Thanks!

Would have been perfect if pool was usable

This condo was in a perfect location - close to the beach & walking distance to stores, restaurants & bars. It's nicely updated & spacious. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the gas in the building and the pool heater was not functioning. The pool was very cold & we were unable to use it as we would have liked. We would definitely stay here again, however we would check ahead of time to make sure the amenities as shown were going to be available.

Lovely apartment close to beach and pool

The apartment was beautifully decorated, fresh and clean. There were enough supplies of laundry detergent, toilet paper etc to last our party of 5 for a week. There were several beach chairs and boogie boards, a cooler (without wheels) and beach towels for convenience. The dryer took a bit of time to figure out because only one setting worked. The vents in the bathroom did not work, no airflow, so taking showers with the door closed made it very hot and sweaty in there. We had baby lizards inside daily but I think that’s just the area? Overall a great unit and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, Beautiful and Lots of Room!

The condo was beautifully designed, there was tons of space and the beds were SO comfortable! It was such a short walk to the beach and the (beautiful) pool. The beach wasn’t crowded and we were there during peak time. I was very impressed with how we walked in with a brand new Method hand soap in every sink, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. There was even a dispenser in the showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! I thought that was really cool. Our family had so much fun and enjoyed how close we were to Orlando, but there were so many things to do locally too. We will definitely be back. Zareh the property manager has outstanding customer service. We didn’t have any issues while there but he checked in and assisted me with any questions I had. Incredibly impressed and I highly recommend. We will be back!

Amazing Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! It was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better with both the pool and the beach just steps away. Zareh was a fabulous host—so easy to communicate with and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Property

We have been vacationing in Coca Beach for 10+ years. This is by far the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed at. The layout is great, all updated decor and appliances. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC, they had it fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend. Beach access and pool are fantastic!

The wonderful "space coast"

Cocoa Beach was wonderful. We stayed for 2 months. Our unit was spacious and clean with all the amenities you would need to feel comfortable. Being on the ground floor had its pros and cons. The pros are that you can walk out your patio door to the pool, beach, car - no stairs or elevator needed! The cons are that the unit lacks a view of the ocean or pool etc. The beach and Atlantic Ocean were beautiful! The olympic sized pool was great - as our family enjoys lap swimming for exercise. We enjoyed being on the "space coast" with an extraordinary visit to NASA and cape canaveral (about a 40 minute drive) as well as being able to watch NASA rocket launches from our beach at the condo. We also visited port canaveral (10 minute drive) to see cruise ships docking and departing weekly! They are huge. The port also had a variety of restaurants in which to eat and view the cruise ships. There are a variety of restaurants in the area but you have to seek them out! Our favorites - Pita Paradise, Rustys Oyster, Branos, Coconuts on the Beach. Shopping was limited with only Ron Jon's and Surf Style stores. But there are some shopping areas within 30-45 minutes. Plus there are a lot of antique malls in the surrounding towns - which was fun! Coca Beach Pier was fun to visit but very touristy and the beach also gets congested on the weekends. Zareh, the condo manager, was wonderful! He responded to all questions within an hour and solved any issues we had. Visit-have fun!
