Drift Haus is a private, luxury oceanfront villa in Cocoa Beach designed for families, couples, and groups seeking a refined beach experience. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire property, including the heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, rooftop terrace, and all interior living areas.
SpaceX Rocket Launch Views: This home offers direct views of rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. Guests can enjoy these events from the rooftop deck, private balconies, or the pool area. For the best experience, check the Space Coast launch schedule before arrival.
Elevator Access: The home is equipped with a private elevator connecting all three floors. Both doors must be completely closed after each use to keep it operating smoothly and safely.
Pool and Spa: The private pool and spa are heated for year-round use and controlled with an easy-to-use digital system. Please shower before entering to help maintain water quality. Pool and spa use is at guests’ discretion.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay. Optional mid-stay cleaning and linen refresh services can be arranged for an additional fee.
Parking: Free private parking is provided for up to four vehicles, including a two-car garage.
Beach Gear and Family Amenities: Complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys is included. A high chair and pack-and-play are also available upon request.

We’re thrilled to have you at our home and want your stay to be both relaxing and safe. Please review the following house rules:

🚫 No Smoking
This is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside on the property.

🚫 No Candles
For your safety and the protection of our home, no candles or open flames are permitted indoors.

🚫 No Parties or Large Gatherings
Events, large parties, and unauthorized guests are not allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM).

👶 Child & Pool Safety

Children must be supervised at all times near or in the pool area.
Please use the Poolguard PGRM-2 In-Ground Pool Alarm for added safety.
The pool alarm is required to be in use during your stay.
🔔 How to Use the Poolguard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm:
Before swimming:
Remove the alarm from the pool (lift it out carefully).
Place it on a flat surface away from water while swimming.
After swimming:
Reinsert the alarm back into the pool, vertically, with the sensor tube submerged.
Press the reset button on the top panel (you’ll hear a beep indicating it’s reactivated).
Make sure the red indicator light is blinking—this means it`s armed.
If the alarm goes off unexpectedly:
Use the included magnetic key or the manual reset button to silence it.
Note: Alarm will activate if water is disturbed while armed—this is normal and for your safety!

🔥 Natural Gas Grill Use

Our outdoor kitchen features a natural gas grill—not propane.
Please shut off the burners after every use.
Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.
