Nestled among the trees, this tropical retreat will not disappoint. Escape to Coconut Cove Bungalow and the sun-soaked shores of Cocoa Beach with your loved ones! This charming house, located near the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, is a delightful getaway for up to 8 guests.

Cool off in your private heated pool, a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of sun and sand. With the beach just a short walk away, you’ll have the best of both worlds—ocean breezes and your own private poolside paradise.

Nestled along a beautiful corner canal, this waterfront haven offers a picturesque setting for your vacation. Take advantage of the serene canal views and enjoy the daily dolphins playing right from your backyard.

Inside the main house discover a thoughtfully designed space with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and cozy bedrooms. The beachy decor and natural light create a welcoming ambiance, ensuring a memorable stay.

The oversized primary bedroom is a retreat in itself! This spacious room includes a king-sized bed and coffee bar, love seat to view the private TV, plus a private door to the pool. Also includes a private ensuite full bathroom.

The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, TV and window to view the pool.

For extra sleeping space we provide a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a single sleeper sofa in the primary bedroom, plus two rollaways that can be placed anywhere in the house.

BUT WAIT - There's more! Also included (attached to the main house) is a separate studio apartment This newly renovated studio blends modern comfort with coastal charm and Boho Chic design. This studio is fully equipped with everything you need:
* Full kitchen with quartz countertops, full-sized fridge, oven, stove & microwave
* Spacious walk-in closet for all your gear
* Cozy living area with a full-sized sofa, comfy chair & 55” Smart TV

Ideal for families or a group of friends seeking a laid-back Cocoa Beach experience, this vacation rental promises relaxation and convenience, all within walking distance to downtown attractions, dining, shopping, and the beach.

Spacious and comfy, beautiful location

Our family of 5 loved our time at Coconut Cove. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, and there were many shared spaces to play games and eat. Kitchen amenities were great and the pool was fabulous. Having access to laundry and beach gear was also so helpful. We saw so much wildlife near the property like unique birds and even a family of manatee!!! The host is communicative and helpful.
