8/10 Very Good! (1 review)
Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

"Breakfast was the only good thing about our stay. We had no heating. When we told them they said there was an issue and were working on it but weren’t told when we checked in which I thought was disappointing. There was no phone in room so had to find the number to call and when we did they said ..."

"I’d booked for a room in the Queens Wing however was given a room in the Kings wing. The room was quite dated, the carpet was old and lots of wear and tear. The room and corridors were musty smelling. The reception and bar area have been refurbished since my last visit however the rest of the hotel ..."
