The hotel has a 4 star rating, it is at best a 3. I arrived late at 9.15pm, there was no food offering which I expected however the bar had no crisps or snacks, missed opportunity. Priced at £168 this hotel was seriously overpriced. Toilet in my room wasn’t flushed from previous occupier. Only postive was breakfast, great offering and freshly cooked.
The posting on Hotels.com stated parking available, this should be checked and qualified. The hotel only has spaces for 5 cars therefore you have to find alternative options. This should be made clear

Fantastic place! The grounds are amazing! We stayed for 2 nights our wedding anniversary in the Gingerbread House. Wonderful! Very spacious and lovely bed! Power shower too! The food here is also amazing as are the staff. Can't do enough for you. Will definitely go again and can't recommend enough!

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.
