Enjoy all that Riverstone has to offer- coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, cinema, shopping, biking/walking trails, close to the river and town. The Riverstone Village Condos have a community patio for entertaining with friends and family, BBQ, tables, and outdoor furniture. This means no matter the season, you will get to enjoy your vacation in luxury.
The Village at Riverstone Condos offers a modern kitchen, in-home laundry, and community outdoor BBQ area. Stay here in this beautiful and well decorated two-bedroom two-bathroom condo. All of the areas of this condo were carefully decorated with modern appliances and elegant furniture, giving it such a luxurious vibe.

Walkability to amazing restaurants, shopping, and fun activities is as simple as walking down the stairs to the village!

A short 30 minutes to Spokane airport makes this condo the perfect halfway point for all things North Idaho.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.

We loved our stay here and everything was so clean and in working order. The neighborhood is great, close to restaurants and the city here. We even had a street fair going on downstairs and in the main city. Beds were comfortable, parking close and shops are darling! Movie down the end of our street you can walk to. Amazing help through our host and I just can’t say enough about the hospitality of this organization. Neighbors here were so nice too!

Would stay here again but need more info on operating the TV. Asked property manager and was told there was a video in our checkin booklet but there wasn’t. Told them there wasn’t but they never responded.

No Parking as Listed
Amazing stay. Very happy. But it was unfortunate that the listing spoke of a secure underground parking spot that never materialized. Gate code didn’t work and I was told it would be fixed and would recover follow up but it never came. Not a huge deal, but made check in a little complicated and our stay a bit less convenient as we had to walk far to our car.
