Colchani Vacations from $2,860

Great location near tour offices. Staff very helpful. Quiet rooms.

Stayed here one night after my three day tour from Uyuni and enjoyed it! The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Not a 4 star hotel !!! Very disappointing experience. We booked and paid for a matrimonial suite, but the hotel had already given it to other guests and downgraded us to a small room. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower. Initially, the staff tried to tell us the suite was unavailable due to renovations, but after we insisted, they eventually admitted that this was not the real reason and that they had lied. They refused to offer any financial compensation or refund, giving us only hotel credit for the price difference. Since we had no reason to spend more money at the hotel, we were essentially forced to spend it there to avoid losing it. The staff litterally did not care about the problem, and even knocked on our door at 10:00pm to have us sign papers to clear themselves of any responsibility towards hotels.com... Yes 10:00pm, and yes they did not care at all about our experience. Between the failure to honour our reservation, the lies, the lack of hot water, and the complete disregard for our family’s needs, this hotel should be avoided. The least they could have done was take responsibility for their mistakes and treat their guests with honesty and respect. I suggest you go elsewhere
