"Fantastic! Out of 28 years traveling for work this space has to be one of my absolute favorites. Extremely comfortable from the bed to the living area and kitchen; even the laundry made you feel at home. Can walk to multiple local breweries and restaurants as well as local shops and grocery store. Great parking and easily accessible. 5 star definitely."

"The Mulberry House is absolutely lovely. Spacious and everything is done with such thoughtfulness. It was the perfect home for our family while my sister & I completed the Rim Rock Marathon and our parents came to cheer us on. We found ourselves gathering in the living room, each one of us finding a comfortable spot on the couch, kicking our feet up. Depending on the time of day we enjoyed the warm sun on the front porch or backyard. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for us to cook and enjoy meals at home. It was great to have laundry available, especially after the race. And Sharon, thank you! She was very responsive, warm, welcoming and would just check in here and there. When we're back in Fruita, we know where we'll stay!"
