“We always stay here before our trips because it’s very close to the airport. We love the hotel because it’s quiet, clean, and the staff is usually very friendly. However, this time the front desk didn’t seem very approachable—maybe because it was busy. The rest of the staff was very friendly, though. Just a heads-up: the only restaurant on-site was closed on Sunday. We called a pizzeria to order for delivery, and we had to wait 2’hours for the food.”
