Situated just off the tarmac lane and about a ten minute drive from the mountain town of Competa, this villa with a pool has fantastic views of the mountains, the beautiful countryside and the Mediterranean. The terrace where the pool is located is on a slightly lower level than the main terraces and has a gated entrance to provide security for both children and parents. The terraces in front of the house are an ideal place to relax both in the sun and in the shade. The accommodation on the ground floor is composed of a large kitchen equipped with everything you will need to cook, a spacious dining room from which you access the comfortable living room with fireplace and French windows leading to the terrace and a wonderful double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace. Terracotta stairs lead up to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a cozy master bedroom with a balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning with heat pump.
