"This place was great!! Very clean, very quiet, great veiw of the mountains in the distance, and if you're an early riser, the sun rise is beautiful. The host was great, met us at the property for the check-in, gave a quick tour and run down. I would highly recommend for a fall getaway!!!"

"We were looking for a B&B in the country with wonderful views, good breakfast and close to Whiteface Mountain. We certainly found that in Bark Eater Inn! Each morning we had a wonderful farm to table breakfast prepared by our friendly hosts, Meghan and Wendy, while enjoying wonderful views from any window. "Booked this inn for two nights over Memorial Day weekend for two reasons: first, my husband was running in the Vermont City marathon, and second, the room featured a hot tub which my husband would use following the race. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating and they provided a delicious gourmet breakfast. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. "
