"House was fine. Owner communication was excellent. Kayaks were a great addition, along with the dock and beach. Everyone enjoyed being in the water. We did not use the kitchen for dinner but it appeared to have plenty of pots and pans.Bought ice as there was limited supply. Plenty of space in the multiple freezers.One negative was the bath towel request. Bath towels needing to be washed dryed and put away before departing was a burden. This rule was not stated until the checkin information was sent. I think that information should have been included up front. First time I have ever encountered that requirement and since we were flying out of Orlando, i would have considered other rentals. Had we been able to stay til checkout time it probably wouldnt have mattered. "

"Was in Sebring to visit family for a night and this hotel was a comfortable, clean stay for our family of four. Nice breakfast options as well. "

"Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast included brought to your room. Hotel has a pool and patio over looking the lake. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to Sebring City Circle & the Seabring Racetrack. "
