"Dog barking on the floor directly underneath. Was offered a room change, but already unpacked. Phone to call down to desk was inoperable. I had to call with my phone. While trying to figure out why phone doesn't work, found a cheese puff next to the bed frame. Otherwise everything seemed really clean. Smelled clean. Will stay here again!!"

"The service desk guy was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, beds slept well. The pool chemical was off or the filter wasn't working properly. but, my grandchildren enjoyed it anyway. The breakfast was very good. It had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt they dont skip on the items they offer. "

"Beautiful and quiet location. Perfect for our family reunion. Very well equipped kitchen. Many VRBO's only give you a starting supply of paper products, but Lost Branch provides an ample quantity for a large group. Owner is very detailed in providing everything you need for your stay. We would definitely stay again."
