The 3000m² plot is fully enclosed. The house adjoins the national forest of Hardelot and is 5km from the sea. Very calm, no vis-à-vis. Authentic interior: wooden floor, joists and exposed hand-molded bricks, rustic solid oak and pine furniture, large openings to the outside. Can accommodate up to 12 people, it has a large living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms with 10 beds and 12 beds. She disposes: A large living room of 50m2, with dining room equipped with a table for 12 people, a fireplace, a lounge / bridge / TV area A kitchen equipped with solid pine (dishwasher, gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave). 2 bathrooms: one on the ground floor (with sink and 160X80 shower) and a separate toilet, the other upstairs with shower, double sink and toilet 5 bedrooms: the first on the ground floor with a double bed (160X200), the second upstairs with a double bed (120X190) and a single bed, the third with 2 twin beds, the fourth with 4 single beds , and the fifth smaller, with a double bed (160X190), therefore with a total capacity of 10 beds and 12 to 13 people. After 2 weeks still broken. So the main reason for choosing this property ( so our dog could walk freely around the house ) was gone. No table football. No garage for the cars. The field for volleyball was overgrown and unusable. No petanque field. The table tennis table was held together with tape. Walk to the beach is also much further as advertised. The house is also very noisy. So we were glad we had ear plugs. The area is great. We really enjoyed staying in the house. It had a great garden for the dog, it was situated on a great location and the house was well equipped and had good beds. We loved the cosy evenings with the fire place on. We had a nice bbq on the outdoor bbq place. C’est une maison dans son jus des années 1960-70, qui nous a rappelé notre enfance et dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Nous y avons passé un super séjour au milieu des pins, à lire, (la maison est remplie de livres) jouer au Ping Pong ou au babyfoot, à aller à la plage etc... des vacances géniales! Un calme absolu nous a permis de bien dormir. La situation géographique est parfaite. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. De plus, nous avions un chien qui a pu se balader dans la propriété en toute tranquillité car entièrement clôturée. Het huis is een fijne vakantievilla, al is de inrichting wel wat gedateerd. Maar het is een heerlijk huis om te zijn, vooral met honden. Het huis ligt diep in de bostuin, waardoor veel privacy ontstaat. En de omheinde tuin is heerlijk voor honden. Het strand is vlakbij en vanuit het huis zijn veel wandelmogelijkheden. Le cadre est magnifique et la balade jusqu’a La mer très agréable . ##### LISSE D. 2018 年 4 月入住 7 晚 ### 8/10 还可以 #### Hayley 2017 年 6 月 14 日 #### Great stay in a relaxed home in a beautiful village A great house - very well suited for those looking for a relaxed homely environment- the place is old (if you want modern style this is not for you ) but does its job - it has a lovely huge garden for pets and for kids (watch out for ticks). The surrounding village is gorgeous. Floor was very dirty - please clean your floor guys!
