Check in staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very modern, comfortable and clean. The beach “sand” was rocky and should be replaced with soft sand.

Great modern hotel. Some of the staff members went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Made us a breakfast to go for our early morning departure. Our only real complaint was that a neighbouring hotel had an extremely noisy, late night, night club.

Amazing

The stay there was lovely, luxurious feel but the menu at the restaurant was maybe a bit overpriced. Towel service for the beach and friendly staff overall. I think the only comment I would have is when I asked a few of the staff for recommendations around the city or other things they couldn’t recommend anything. I wouldn’t say the place is vegetarian friendly or for people who don’t consume pork as there is pork in everything. The staff tried to accommodate our needs which was great.

Beautiful Top Notch Hotel

This was a beautiful hotel! Completely high end. Espresso Machine and hot pot in the room. On demand hot water in the faucets and shower. Gorgeous decor. Fully smart facility. We went off season and it was very quiet and peaceful. Very zen. The buffet was closed but we were served a made to order breakfast. Highly recommend a trip here. Another excellent advantage was watching the sun rise on the Black Sea.

When decided to visit Constanta before returning to Bucharest. We were traveling with Romanian friends and though it will be worth a night of stay. I specifically booked a room with ocean view. During the check in, I was offered a room on the first floor when my friend next to us was assigned to 7th floor. Initially she said there were no other room available then once her colleague offered my friend a room on the 7th floor, she then acted as though she just happened to miss a room on the higher floor. Overall, the experience was not pleasant and I left thinking discriminatory against foreign travelers.

Bra opphold, eneste jeg vil bemerke er at jeg savnet osteskiver blant frokost sortimentet. Ellers var det en del fugler i frokost salongen, som for å lette etter mat. De kunne gått ha vært utendørs. Ellers godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

Very clean and modern, very comfortable. The rooms with direct sea view have a really beautiful view. . There are supermarkets and a farmacy literally few steps away, so location is also very good. The breakfast is phenomenal, so much choice for good food. Nothing negative to say.

The resort is superbly done and the staff has an old school Romanian hospitality that you typically experience mostly when staying with family or close friends in the country which made it that much more pleasant as opposed to other places I experienced in the country where the servers/staff members have an attitude for no reason. If you are in the area, I highly recommend staying here and I would definitely return here if I’m into area again in the future.
