"The room was large and the ground floor coffee is good (not the breakfast coffee). But the room smelled of cigarette smoke (we changed rooms), there was no toilet paper initially, only one towel for two people, poorly fitted bathroom units, no shower curtain, constant road noise, malfunctioning door, and no “do not disturb” signs."

"The room was nice. Staff were friendly and the area is convenient for tourists. The only downside is the hotel restriction on bringing in outside food (bread, local sweets, etc.) and beverages (water, soda, etc.) of any kind. This is very strange and inconvenient for people who are just visiting the city. "
