Located close to the indoor sports center, Soundfront walking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts and just a short trolley ride to the oceanfront (seasonal). Ground Level: Outside you'll find a carport, fully gated yard with private pool, pergola covered Hot Tub with bar seating 2, charcoal and gas grills and an outside shower. Inside you will find a Rec Room with 2 arcade games, flat-screen TV, game table seating 4, full size-refrigerator and pool deck access. The location was fantastic and the house was well appointed and very comfortable. The pool and spa was amazing and there was great seating on the decks. There were however issues. The pool was stained, not real clean, not appealing. We didn't really use. The hot tub was nice and well used by us. The dishwasher didn't clean well or dry the dishes, and I rinse dishes very well before loading a dishwasher. The dryer squeaked and was noisy while running and took a very long time to dry. The upstairs refrigerator was not very cold even on the coldest setting. The downstairs refrigerator froze the food. The carpets throughout the house were stained and dirty. I realize its the end of the season, but a clean house should be expected no matter when the house is rented. I'm reporting these items, because maybe others haven't, and these are things the homeowner can take a look at and fix for the next renter. Home was updated and had everything we needed! This was our first vacation with our pet and having the fenced in backyard was such a plus!
