Beach Weekend

The patio opens to the beautiful pool and the corner unit provided easy access to our assigned parking space.

Great access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room is about the same as all the other rooms in the complex. What this room has that sets it apart is the two king beds, end unit so unloading and loading was quicker with shorter trips, and great pool access.

Clean and comfy beds

We stay on North Padre multiple times a year and I think this has been the best all around condo that we've stayed in. My only complaint was that there were no extra blankets and very few towels for a 4 day stay.

Beach trip

The property was a pleasant surprise. The location, cleanliness, and comfort were more than i could've expected. There was a nice clean pool just outside the front door. It has convenient access to the local beaches and the causeway to Port Aransas. Overall, i was super pleased.

Fishing Trip Getaway

Great condo near white cap beach

Great experience at this condo. Perfect for our family. Ice maker not working, pool on property was pretty dirty over the three days and interior locks on pool are super annoying unless more keys are available for families. Condo had great amenities and was very clean. Will return!!

This place was very close to the ocean and it was very clean and quiet for the most part.

Relaxing getaway on the Island

The Palms #408 was a spacious two bedroom two bath that suited our needs perfectly in a quiet collection of units. It was ideal for grandparents, grown children, and their infant to lounge in the living room, yet retreat to the bedrooms for quiet time. The pool was just right for families with a 1-foot deep kiddie area adjoining the deeper section. It was a nice feature because the surf on the Island was choppy and murky this year. --Although we never encountered management, we did get to speak briefly with the strolling security guard, a nice guy who made his rounds all night, making us feel better about leaving some of our gear in the back of the truck. The Palms will be our choice for next year's vacation stay.

Mixed feelings

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: CPB408 was as described. It was clean and well equipped. Location of unit was great for the pool. BUT, the maintenance of the property was lacking. I never saw any work on the pool, the garbage cans by the pool were full Saturday and were not emptied by Tuesday when we left. Gas grills were falling apart.

We loved the proximity to the pool & it was right around the corner from an entrance gate which made loading and unloading a breeze. Everything was clean & tidy for our stay. The unit was stocked with everything you would need; Keurig, coffee mugs, utensils, pots, pans, pizza cutter, etc. On our first day we noticed the AC wasn’t cooling. Called the front desk & they had it fixed within about 2 hours. Super smooth process & stayed in contact the entire time. We would absolutely stay again.

Close to the Beach

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo claims to clean the place for each arrival. However, the floor felt sandy. I got the vacuum clean and vacuumed the whole place as best I could, as the vacuum cleaner wasn't suctioning very well. Also, as I went to shower in the hallway bathroom, the shower head came loose and sprayed water everywhere, had to put it back on and tighten it. We liked that this condo was in close proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool. However, for the cleaning fee that they tack on, the place should be spotless and it wasn't.

Great location, quiet neighbors, relaxing pool.

The property was wonderful! Right next to the pool but it was so quiet! The location wasn't but a 5 minute drive to the beach with plenty of guest parking. The house was super clean!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our stay on Padre Island for the winter. The property management company was very responsive if we had questions. Very nice pool, friendly people at the complex. We will be back!

Vacation getaway

We were very pleased with our vacation stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the community pool was wonderful. The beach is just down the road. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it worked.

Living the life

We really enjoyed the condo and the property amenities. The pool was perfect for the whole family. From 5 to 46 years of age and we all enjoyed this place. The water pressure in showers were not the greatest but they worked. We thought the beds were really hard and uncomfortable but the reviews before showed this so we brought a mattress topper.. we would go back if in that area
