Unfortunately, HOA has banned all open fire pits and grills in this complex.
All condos are nonsmoking. Please do not leave outside door open as smoke will get in condo and the AC unit.
Upon returning from beach, please rinse suits and body prior to entering pool and prior to placing in washing machine. Water hose bibs are located through out complex and are for tenants and guests use. Should housekeeping have to scrub any tar from the shower or any other surfaces in the condo, an additional $65 cleaning fee to have it removed will be billed to your account via Airbnb.
PET POLICY:
We know how you love to travel with your pet. Our standard pet allowance is ONE pet under 25 pounds. Please do not allow pet on furniture, including beds and couches. Pet MUST Be crated at all times while left Unattended in the property. All pet waste must be picked immediately and disposed of properly. Contact host prior to booking if you have oversized or multiple pets.
‼️🚨 ABUSE OF THE PER POLICY WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $38 PER ADDITIONAL PET. FAILURE TO REMOVE PET WASTE WILL RESULT IN A $150 TRIP CHARGE FOR WASTE CLEANUP. ABUSE OF THE SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY ENACTED BY THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) WILL BE REPORTED TO THE ADA WHO COULD IMPOSE PENALTY OR FINES. THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY HOWEVER THE HOA MGMT IS ONSITE AND ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE POLICY WILL BE REPORTED. ‼️🚨

Upon checkout, pile all linens in the laundry room floor. If you`re inclined we`d appreciate if you could start a load of towels but this is not required.
Rinse and put dishes in the dishwasher with detergent and start load if you would.
Put thermostat at 78 degrees.
Make sure you have all of your belongings.
Lock outside deadbolt but DO NOT LOCK DOOR KNOB.
Please use fish cleaning station to clean fish. Discard of extras at the dock. (Not in condo, trash cans at dock or dumpster) Crab love this, birds love this and it attracts other fish as well!
Nearest bait houses are at pier 37 under JFK causeway.
