Excellent Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean with up to date furniture

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulfstream was ok. I wasn’t really happy with having to load up my dirty towels and take them down to the laundry room to retrieve clean ones. I didn’t receive any clean face towels at all. Once we walked into our rental it was not clean and I was charged a cleaning fee. There was also a broken chair at the front door when we arrived. I had to take a picture and report it to the front desk.
