“Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz, was super war, da einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Gegend sehr schwer war.Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Aufzug ,sodass wir nicht die Treppen hoch laufen mussten bis zum Dachgeschoss.”

“Stayed 12 nights and thought it was a wonderful little apartment. The view from the little balcony is very special. We enjoyed using the public transport when accessing the old town otherwise we walked to Nice Ville station to use the train system for other local towns. The air-conditioning was lovely on returning from town and there is plenty of local restaurants, and supermarkets. The Boulangerie downstairs is delicious ”

The agency managing it is fantastic - all comms were detailed and very clear, the check-in and check-out process very smooth and efficient, and they were eager to help with anything. Five stars! ”

“The apartment is a good size but the balcony is quite small for 4 people but we managed. The location is close (about 15 minute walk) to the Flower Market, Place de Massena and Old Town. The views are stunning. Te staff at the management company are very helpful and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending staying in this property. The only thing we can think that would have improved the stay was it would be nice if beach chairs could be available for guests to use.”
