Nestled among the beautiful Red Rocks of Cowes, only a short walk to Red Rocks beach and a quick 6 minute drive to the Phillip Island Winery or Cowes main shopping area this homely property offers the perfect escape away in a prime location. The outdoor deck and backyard is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Have a BBQ while enjoying the beautiful serenity of the green paddocks that back onto the property and a cheeky glimpse of the ocean. Watch the kids play in the backyard or stroll down the road to the beautiful 9 hole golf course! This home consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and an additional toilet, the second bedroom has a single bed and a tri-bunk, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The property features a bright open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area with a new spilt system cooling/heating, leading out to the decking area. This beachy shack is very homely and inviting. Wifi is included. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
