The gîte is close to the owner's farm. Ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, cot), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower), and separate toilet. Oil heating. Mobile phone. Garden furniture, terrace, and barbecue. The 2 gîtes benefit from a large shared enclosed green space with lawn, parking, swings, sandpit, and trampoline. Saint Pourçain-sur-Sioule is 18 km away. Souvigny is 10 km away. Access via the Route Centre-Europe-Atlantique (Central Europe Atlantic Road) is 2 km away. The swimming pool with a shelter is open from 10 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\] For linen options, beds will be made upon arrival. Heating is the guest's responsibility and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.
