“Kenny and Mairi did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their cottage. Lovely welcome gifts on arrival and some great books on walks on the island as well as wildlife were very helpful. The cottage is well located for exploring Lewis and Harris with some great points of interest in the near vicinity. The double bed was very comfortable and the towels luxurious! They had thought of everything. Wish we could have stayed longer! ”

“We had a lovely stay here . It was very homely and roomy. The bed was comfortable and we even had our own bathroom!! We were supplied with some milk, bread, jam and biscuits which was a lovely touch too. A great stay! Highly recommend!!”

“Great property, nice for our family, but would also work really well with 2 families staying together as 2 bedrooms are upstairs and two down. The two living rooms are also great for doing separate activities. The house has been really well maintained and has everything you could need in the kitchen, plus 2 smart tvs, wifi, games and books about the area. “This lovely up/downstair suite was more than two older sisters needed, but acquired due to listing washer/dryer as an amenity. In fact, the in-suite washer/dryer combo was out for repair, but a nearby washroom was available for Park Suite 1 & 2 and worked wonderfully. “Everyone should put it on there bucket list. The owner was outstanding, very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. I would highly recommend the motorhome option on the Hebrides — but only —if people are comfortable driving a large vehicle on some very tiny Scottish roads.
