Magnificent 2-bedroom duplex flat on the top floor of the Ville d'Ys residence, with superb views of the beach and Morgat harbour.  
  
With approx. 70 m² of living space, it boasts sea-view terraces from the ground floor rooms and double velux windows in the bedrooms, giving a bird's-eye view of the beach.  
  
The start of the GR34 hiking trail is 100 m from the residence.  
  
There is a private parking space and Wi-Fi internet access.

1 terrace with sea views  
  
1 terrace overlooking the gardens

First floor:  
  
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190) and 1 bedroom with 2 pull-out single beds (80/200).

During the summer period, priority bookings are for a minimum of 2 weeks and arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.

Joli appartement traversant lumineux avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Morgat. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le gérant qui nous a bien conseillés et avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue. La situation de l’appartement est idéale, tous commerces à pied et départ du GR 34 à côté de la résidence. La Bretagne est vraiment une magnifique destination et cet endroit est idéal pour bien en profiter.

Very nice flat with a beautiful view over the beach and the bay. Since the second bedroom is quite small, I would recommend the flat for 3 people - or a family with 2 younger children. The double bed in the first bedroom could also be a little bit larger.

#### Schönes Appartement an toller Lage

Wir habrn eine wunderbare Woche hier verbracht. Schöne Einrichtung, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Strand und der Hafen sowie Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
