"Didn't really know what to expect before we arrived but were just blown away by our stay at Santuari De Cura. Our room was at least double the size of a normal hotel room and the terrace overlooking the courtyard with magnificent view to the ocean and across much of Mallorca was incredible. We had the half lodging which entitled us to breakfast (standard for all guests and dinner. Everything was top notch, a standard buffet but everything so fresh it seemed better than normal hotels. Initially reluctant abojut dinner across the three nights of the stay, it was actually a relief to come back each night and have dinner in the restaurant. The menu was not the full al la carte but there was enough choice to allow us a diferent three course meal each night. The fact that the restaurant was full for lunch and dinner with many of the diners not guests of the hotel says a lot about how good the restaurant how good the restaurant actually was. An 700 year old monastery on top of a hill with panoramic views, really interesting grounds (historical and there were quite a few tour groups arriving each day to visit demonstrates how unique this property is. Great value for money, my spouse and me both agreed, easily in our top 5 best places we have ever stayed at."

"Simply unreal! Everything from the drive up from the gate, round to the grand front facade and parking area, we were blown away. And then you walk inside to see the incredible living area which is huge. To top it off, you walk out to the covered seating and the pool area and you're in heaven!The rooms and facilities were perfect. Supremely clean and tidy and the beds very comfy. Airconditioning and ceiling fans made the stay extra comforting.A special mention to the hosts though. Such a delightful couple who went over and beyond to help us during our stay. We got married nearby during our trip and they were so accomodating with various visits we had going on. They also organised the most amazing post wedding party for us with incredible paella and top notch professional service (testament to their previous careers!).All in all we couldn't have asked for a better location, surroundings or service. We will be back next year!"

"Beautiful location but not having spa or gym or any indication to walk in the farm by yourself was disappointing. The breakfast was good but for the price or for 400£ a night I would have expect more quantity and variety and the fruits were cut in so tiny pieces like if they were tying to save in fruits. The cafe wasn’t great We liked the place but it didn’t feel luxurious for the amount of money we paid. There wasn’t common areas to seat and read other than some under a three. "

"The property was very poorly appointed. Lots of broken tiles and flooring, stains on the indoor seating which smelled when you sat on them. The towels were flimsy and no soap provided in each bathroom. There were insects crawling around in the bathroom and we were all bitten by something during our stay. The property was cold at night and the bedding wasn't sufficient for an autumn stay. We found spare duvets but not for everyone and they were covered in stains. There were 2 large farm dogs left to wander freely on the first day which were locked up when the second guests arrived and requested they were put away the following day. We were not greeted and no one checked in to make sure everything was ok. The list of rules for our stay and departure were very unwelcoming. We feel that the property is misrepresented on the website and is overpriced. Our family has used VRBO several times and have never had such a poor experience. Do not stay here. "
