THIS HOST TRIED TO CHANGE LOCATIONS ON US TO HIS HOUSE THE NIGHT BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF OUR STAY, WHEN WE REFUSED TO STAY IN HIS HOUSE, HE LIED AND TOLD VRBO THAT HE NO LONGER FELT SAFE AND CANCELED OUR RESERVATION RESULTING IN A LOSS OF OUR MONEY. “This is the second time in two years that my adult son and I stayed in this exact unit. The two bedrooms with the living room and kitchen gave us ample room. We spent a lot of time in Custer State Park which is easy to access from this location. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could here crying and a child crying and stating "We are locked in this room and cant get out" As soon as i turned the light on in our room it went absolutely silent.
