Safe and clean. The AC unit is somewhat loud, wakes us up everytime it functions on auto. The floors squeek each foot step. The bathroom door is hard to close and open due to the door closer that is broken.

We really wished that there would have been a microwave and mini fridge available. We did, however, need a rollaway bed on emergency and they had one available immediately.

The property was in an excellent location in Hill City. Our complaint was the noisy floor joints. You heard every step on the next floor. This was extremely aggravating during the night time hours. Also, the breakfast was unappealing. Frozen waffles, hard cooked eggs and bread, no fruit or yogurt.

No room fridge or microwave. It was very noisy as the road by the hotel had a lot of semi's and big trucks, also you could hear the people above us walking around. Parking was tight and limited. The breakfast was embarrassing, plain stale cake donuts, bread, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and frozen Eggo waffles. Not much for a diabetic to eat. No drink or snack machines at all. We booked for 3 nights but cut it short. For $120/ night we expected a little more.

I did not like the situation with the WiFi. The first room we were put in the WiFi didn't work. The second one the WiFi connected then within 10 minutes it would be gone. The second room was one level up from the lobby area with only the floor and a wall between us and the managers area. Today with the need to do business using the Internet this situation is unsatisfactory. The rest of the location was good and the staff was very helpful although unable to fix the Internet problem.

We were disappointed in our stay with Super 8 unfortunately. We had a few issues with one particular member of the staff but we didn't get his name (bearded man with glasses who hates his job). The rooms were fairly clean but was disappointed that there was no microwave or no fridge. I thought this became fairly standard with hotels. Did really like the location right across from the train station but wouldn't stay again.
