“It wasn’t like any other Baymount I’ve stayed in. They were obviously very short staffed, no housekeeping was working. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was cleaning rooms the following day. The hallways needed to be vacuumed and the floors needed a good washing. Toilet in our room wasn’t clean, which made me uncomfortable for the rest of the room, ie bedding etc. luckily I had brought sanitizing wipes with me. Not what you want to do when paying for a room. The staff was friendly,……

“The cabin was perfect. Beds comfortable, kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and large side-by-side fridge. Bathroom was very nice with accessibility bars and both hand-held and wall spray in shower. Plenty of towels. Loved the balcony on the hill overlooking the property with the patio furniture. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant on site had fantastic food. Highly recommend”
