This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and extremely dirty. It doesn’t even look like a real hotel and completely fails to meet Expedia’s standards. I’m shocked it’s listed here—it’s unsafe for women and should be removed from Expedia immediately. Terrible experience.

Good service from the staff. I stayed at the hotel during renovation and wasn't initially accommodated well. But the staff, particularly Mr. Rati Kanta was helpful in making us feel better. Overall the stay was good after the initial hiccup.
