This was the best stay in our 2-week trip we had a hotel each night. But the service and room facilities were just what we needed on our trip

We were very impressed with the Property from the time we walked in to register until we checked out. The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was very good! It was nice to have the complimentary drink in the evening at the bar. The property was very clean and the rooms were very nice with nice amenities!

I complained the first night because the children above us were running around until midnight… It was very loud… Then next day the lady said that the guest above us left… But later that day they checked in another family with kids that were running around crazy… They were so loud… Maybe Kids should be on the bottom level not above people… also, they look to be what was black mold in our shower… You guys need to look at that… You could also update the lighting in the room maybe put a light in the closet area because you cannot see anything… My husband did like the continental breakfast.Thank you.

Most of the room was ok and updated. There was long hairs still on the bathroom floor when we got in. The flip metal door blocker had the flip part broken off, so it was unusable. The hall and elevator lobby area smelled of weed despite the “this hotel is a non-smoking hotel” sign in the elevator lobby. The two rooms across from ours didn’t have the individual non-smoking signs on the door, so perhaps someone took advantage.
